Mine was a local residential move. The crew showed up on schedule. They were quite well equipped, both in terms of experience and available supplies. They were mindful of the schedule and worked well as a team. At first I had some worries, they assured me they were 'professional movers'. By the time everything was unloaded, in place and unbroken. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I recently used Van Express to move and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Cesar , Imad and the team at Van Express was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful.
The process began with a thorough consultation, during which David assessed my needs and provided me with a clear and detailed estimate of the costs involved. Throughout the planning process, they were always available to answer any questions I had and provide guidance on everything from packing to scheduling.
On moving day, the team arrived right on time and worked tirelessly to pack and load my belongings with care and precision. They were friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced professionals who knew what they were doing. I was particularly impressed by how well they handled my fragile items, wrapping them carefully and transporting them safely.

The guys at Van Express were great! We were not completely packed, but it wasn’t a problem, the Van Express team took charge, completed packing for us, including provided boxes, packing tape and plenty of help to get it all done. Movers were on time, wrapped up and moved all of my moms belongings within the estimated time frame. She moved into a retirement community where there were elevators and long hallways to navigate through. They were fast and set up her rooms the way she wanted. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had a small move from one town to another. David was very accommodating. The move took place the same week that I called which I thought was amazing. Paperwork process was very easily done via email. The movers were all very professional and was very careful moving the furniture to the second floor. Everything was wrapped up. The most important thing of course was the price which sealed the deal for us. Thank you guys!

Abdul and his team of men were very professional and did a great job. They moved everything very quickly and did not damage anything. They were strong men and handled large boxes well, without throwing them around. My entire expereonce was great, staring from the sales person David, who was very prompt in his responses and quite accurate with his quote and his follow up.
